All along Interstate 70 in Kansas periodically we ran across these signs and the road would actually railroad crossing bars across the road. The road was never closed and we are assuming it was for snow.
We finally got to Colorado. The Welcome Center in Burlington, CO was very unique. It had an Old Town that you could go into from the rest area.
This is the front of the Welcome Center.
The Church in the Old Town Museum.
The downtown street of the Old Town Museum.
All the way into Colorado Springs, this storm was on our right and we were praying it stayed there. We arrived at the Colorado Springs KOA at 5:30 PM. No rain.
WOW! That looks awesome! Great photos.
