This is balance rock.

Likely, it didn't rain until after we left the Gardens of the Gods.  We headed for Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs.  We decided to not take the Cog Railroad up to Pikes Peak because of the extreme warnings about altitude sickness and with Bernie's breathing and heart conditions we didn't want to risk it.  Also, right after we got into the campground, an oxygen truck came in to deliver oxygen to someone!!
