We visited the Arch this morning.  Unfortunately where they had us park was next to the Mississippi River which is very high and at one point had overflowed it's banks and on to the road.  The River Walk is still under water.   The Arch was above us with a gazillion steps - needless to say we did not go up in the arch.  We headed out of town after taking a few pictures and trying to avoid the mud.
